Quinn
Quinn was born at a small roadside zoo. As a baby, he was pulled from his parents, declawed and given to a member of the zoo to raise at their house until an enclosure could be built. The zoo decided that a new enclosure would be too expensive and put Quinn up for sale. Knowing that he was declawed, we feared where he may go, so we raised the money to build an enclosure and take him in.

Lola
Lola was purchased at a wildlife auction by a trainer to be used in a T.V. show that was filming here in Florida. When they were finished, the trainer was going to take her back to the auction to be sold. Bears very rarely go to good homes through auctions, and we felt she had been through enough, so we raised money to build her a home and take her in.
